I specialize in financial & legal translations from English into Polish and from Polish into English, though I also have a decent experience in interpretations and in remaining language combinations.
I have an extensive practical and field knowledge necessary to fully understand and convey the meaning of translated documents (Warsaw School of Economics, London Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Chartered Institute of Linguists) as well as a 10-year translation and interpretation experience (since 1999 as a freelancer).
I guarantee high quality, competitive rates and short deadlines (my average daily output is about 3600 – 4800 words). Upon request I am ready to provide samples of my translations. As I cooperate with translation agencies as well as with direct clients, operating both on the Polish market and on global markets, it seems obvious that I do not offer any uniform rate for all. In my work I use a specialist Computer-Aided-Translation and Translation Memory software such as Wordfast, SDL Trados 2006, XLIFF Translation Editor and Logoport which allow to maintain the consistency of any applied vocabulary. Thanks to such tools I am able to translate (localize) Internet Web sites working directly with files in HTML and other formats.
I have a broadband Internet connection (downstream/upstream 2048kb/192kb) and my own mail server (@translatea.com).
